Alliance Leveling Guides

Brian Kopp's Leveling Guide
- This is my favorite alliance leveling resource. This is a very good guide.
iDemise's Alliance Leveling Guide
- My second choice for leveling a alliance character. Still very good.
Jame's Alliance Leveling Guide
- Not as good as the first two but it is still useful.

I have collected the alliance leveling guides I have found to this date (2008-01-07) on this page. Now relax, grab a cup of coffey or a coke and browse through them to see which one that suites you best.

There are many roads that leads to lvl 70 and that's the reason why there are so many different alliance leveling guides. It's your job to pick one of these that you like the best.

The guide I think is the best is also the first guide. Go ahead and check it out below.

Brian Kopp's 1 to 70 Alliance Leveling Guide

The first guide is called Brian Kopp's leveling guide and It's one of the first leveling guides that were created. I have used this guide myself many times to level up an alliance character to 70.

Here are my thoughts about this guide:

The guide covers every race in the game. (Not the Horde races ofcourse). You will follow an unique leveling guide for each race from lvl 1 to lvl 20 - 21. Then when you reach 20 ~ 21, you will follow the same guide all the way up to lvl 70.

It doesn't matter which race you choose, because you will have your own starting guide. There are starting guides for Humans, Dwarfs, Gnomes, Nightelfs & Draenei.. Hmm did I forgot anyone? Nope! They are all there.

Brian's alliance guide is pretty easy to follow. It's like a map of all the quests you will be doing, meaning that you can easily see which quest you will be doing next. Brian has also some really nice in game photos of different quest objects and quest places. This is a plus in my opinion.

One thing that this alliance leveling guide lacks is videos..

I would really have liked that brian made some videos were he explains how to kill different bosses and some general tips and tricks. It's good to have videos if you have become stuck on a certain quest or boss. Not having videos is a minus in my opinion.

Brian has one thing that set his guide appart from other leveling guides. He has a leveling mod! This mod is very cool. All you need to do is to install this mod and you can follow the whole guide in-game. You don't even have to read one sentence of text.

You will have a red arrow on you character that points you to the next waypoint (quest).

A good thing to mention, is that this mod and guide is completely safe to use. You don't risk getting banned for using this alliance guide.

Also this guide is MAC compatible if you got one of those beauties..

iDemises 1 to 70 Alliance Leveling Guide

This is the alliance leveling guide number two and it's called iDemise alliance leveling guide.

iDemise is the name of a disbanded counterstrike team. I think that these guys were pretty good at CS. They had over $300,000 in prize money.

However, they have now moved to a new game: World of warcraft!

The iDemise gang are pretty new to the leveling guide stage. Their guide has not been around so long if you compare it to the giant guides like Brian Kopp and Joana.

I own this alliance guide myself and I think that it's pretty dull to read. There isn't many pictures in the guide itself, it's almost only text.

However the results you can get by following it is pretty amazing. The people behind it have used the leveling guide to get to level 70 in 5 days and 20 hours. That's a very fast time.

I don't know if you have heard of Joana's leveling guide? He's pretty much a guru when it comes to leveling and his record from 1 to 60 is 4 days 20 hours 52 minutes and 34 seconds. Now, you can see that iDemises 1 - 70 record is pretty good. I mean imagine creating a freshly baked character at lvl 1 and 5 days and 20 hours later you ding 70. Pretty cool if you ask me..

This guide alo has an in-game leveling mod like Brian Kopp. You will be able to follow the entire guide without pressing alt+tab to read the next step in the guide.

Oh I almost forgot.. there are 5 beginner guides (one for each race) to level 10 you might want to check out if you are starting freash. It's no problemo to jump on the guide at lets say lvl 34 and begin using it. Just lookup the quests at lvl 34 and begin on one of those quests.

This guide is also safe for you to be using. You can use it without any risk of getting your account suspended.

Jame's Alliance Leveling Guide

OK here comes the third alliance leveling guide. It's called Jame's Alliance Leveling Guide and it's a little different guide. You see this guide starts on lvl 30.

I think there is a little problem with this. You know, if I want to level up a character to 70 fast I want guidance from lvl 1. I don't want to waste time running around and grind my way up to lvl 30 just to start the guide.

That's a minus for not starting at lvl 1 like the rest of the leveling guides does.

However when you reach 30 then this guide is very good. It's one of the most descriptive guides I have ever seen. Lots of information about each quest. James have really done a great job here for describing each step so good. I can't imagine how much time that's involved to write all that information.

Jame's guide is divided into level chapters. 30-41, 41-50, 50-60, 60-65 and 65-70.

Each of these chapters are pretty packed with pictures and ingame maps.

One thing that I miss is a leveling mod. The other guides use mods and I can't understand why James doesn't jump aboard on that train? I mean It's all about speed and having to alt+tab everytime you forget where a quest is located can waste some very valuable leveling time.

There is nothing wrong with the info in this guide. In fact it's very good content. That the guide starts at 30 and that it doesn't have any in-game leveling mod, is what troubles me.

This guide is safe like the two above and you can use it with a clear conscience.
